Your business is important to us. We are committed to producing and delivering quality merchandise. We have invested in state-of-the-art equipment in dedicated production facilities. We do understand that things may not always turn out right and we want to help you.

Custom-produced Merchandise

Most everything offered in this online store is produced on-demand, according to specifications provided by your company. We do not keep most products in inventory and we're not able to restock items. For products that are produced on-demand and produced correctly, we are not able to issue refunds or exchanges. 

Damaged/Defective Goods

In the event that a product is produced incorrectly or damaged in transit, we want to make things right. Please send your email receipt, photos of the issue and a description to info@visiondoesit.com. We'll work with you to correct the problem (either by refund or replacement) as quickly as possible.
